Puerto Banús car hire with MARBIORA runs from €300 a day for the Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabrio to €1,400 a day for either of the two Lamborghini Urus SE. Eight cars in the fleet are based in Puerto Banús itself, and delivery there is free, just as it is anywhere in Marbella and at Málaga airport. Every rate includes comprehensive insurance and 150 km a day.
Which luxury cars are based in Puerto Banús, and what do they cost?
Eight cars from the fleet wait at the marina: two Lamborghini SUVs, a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, an Aston Martin, two Audis, a BMW and a Mercedes-Benz convertible. The table shows the one-day rate published in October 2026. The final rate for your exact dates, together with the security deposit for each model, is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
| Car | One-day rate |
|---|---|
| Lamborghini Urus SE Grey | €1,400 |
| Lamborghini Urus SE Yellow | €1,400 |
| Aston Martin Vantage V8 | €1,100 |
| Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG Black | €900 |
| Audi RS6 | €650 |
| BMW M8 | €650 |
| Audi RS3 Sportback | €350 |
| Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabrio | €300 |

What do the Urus SE and the G63 AMG Black offer?
Both Lamborghini Urus SE are 2026 cars with five seats and an 800 hp hybrid system that takes them from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. According to Lamborghini's technical brochure, the 25.9 kWh battery gives 66 km of electric driving on the WLTP cycle. The Lamborghini Urus SE Yellow and the grey one cost the same, so the choice comes down to colour.
The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG Black is also a 2026 car, with five seats, 585 hp and 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. At €900 a day it is the most affordable of the three SUVs waiting at the marina, and its petrol engine suits drivers who would rather have a classic G than a hybrid SUV.

Can you rent a Marbella-based car and collect it in Puerto Banús?
Yes. Delivery and collection are free across Marbella, in Puerto Banús and at Málaga airport, so any car on the Costa del Sol can come to you at no extra cost. A Lamborghini Urus based in Marbella, for example, costs €1,200 for one day and drops to €800 a day for rentals of 30 days or longer.
Puerto Banús lies in the Nueva Andalucía area, southwest of central Marbella, as Wikipedia notes. The marina was built in May 1970 and has 915 berths for boats up to 50 metres long. That is why delivery to a hotel, a villa or a marina in the area costs the same as delivery to central Marbella: nothing.
How does delivery in Puerto Banús work, step by step?
Delivery in this part of Marbella follows the same process as everywhere else on the coast. There is no desk and no office: the car comes to the address you give at the agreed time, and one person handles the booking, the handover and any change during the rental. This is how it runs from start to finish:
- Send the car, the dates, the address and the time by WhatsApp, phone, email or the request form on the car's page.
- You get written confirmation the same day with availability, the total rate, the deposit and the insurance excess.
- The car arrives with a full tank, clean and photographed, at your hotel, your villa or an agreed spot next to the marina.
- Each driver's licence and ID are checked, the deposit is held and the contract is signed, in about ten minutes.
- At the end of the rental we collect the car wherever you are, including the terminal at Málaga airport.
If you are flying in, the guide to car delivery at Málaga airport explains how you receive the car at the terminal with no queue and no desk. From there you can drive straight to your accommodation at the marina, and the car can also go back at the airport at the end of the trip, for the same price as in Marbella.
Can you drive into the port itself?
- The Puerto Banús access card
- is an authorisation from the concessionaire, Puerto José Banús, that lets a vehicle enter the port and use its parking spaces. Without it, according to the general conditions of access, entry is reserved for berth holders and for people the concessionaire expressly authorises. The berth area is not a public street.
The conditions published for June 2024 to May 2025 set several rules worth knowing before you arrive at the quay in a rental car. The concessionaire sets them, and they apply equally to any vehicle that wants to enter the berth area:
- authorisations can be daily, monthly, quarterly or annual;
- each card covers up to three vehicles per holder, never at the same time;
- no vehicle may stay inside the port for more than 24 hours;
- entry can be refused once the car park is more than 90% full;
- the card cannot be lent or transferred, and holding one does not guarantee a free space.
Because the card is tied to specific vehicles, check access with the concessionaire's office before your visit. The simplest option is usually to take the car at your hotel or villa and leave it in a car park outside the port area while you walk along the quays.
Where can you park a luxury car near the marina?
Next to the quays there are underground car parks open day and night. The Saba car park on Plaza Antonio Banderas, on Calle José Saramago, lists rates from €2.55 on the operator's website. The Marina Banús shopping centre has a supervised car park for more than 300 vehicles, open 24 hours, with charging points for electric cars.
For a five-seat SUV such as the Urus SE or the G63 AMG Black, a supervised underground car park protects the car better than a space on the street. Traffic fines and tolls incurred during the rental are paid by the renter, together with the cost of processing them, so it is always worth parking in permitted spaces.
Does Marbella's low emission zone affect Puerto Banús?
Marbella's low emission zone covers Marbella old town and the historic centre of San Pedro Alcántara, according to Andalucia.com. Signs went up in December 2023 for a test period, and in its October 2025 update the guide said no fines were yet being issued. Puerto Banús is not inside that perimeter.
The same guide explains that the DGT's zero emissions label covers electric cars and plug-in hybrids with more than 40 km of electric range, and that zero and ECO cars face no restrictions in these zones. The Urus SE is rated at 66 km in electric mode, a figure worth keeping in mind if your route takes you through central Marbella.
Which drives can you take from Puerto Banús?
Every rate includes 150 km a day, which comes to 1,050 km a week and 4,500 km a month. That allowance covers both the coast and the mountains. The A-397 climbs from San Pedro Alcántara to Ronda in 48.67 km, according to Wikipedia, on a winding, steep road: the round trip fits comfortably into a single day.
For longer trips, Gibraltar and Portugal are possible if they are agreed with the insurer in advance, so it pays to mention your route when you book. Delivery to Sotogrande is available on request. The ferry to Morocco, track days and driving courses are not allowed with any car in the fleet.
What do you need to hire a luxury car in Puerto Banús?
Every driver must be 25 or older and have held a licence for at least three years. At handover we check each driver's licence and passport or ID card, and the deposit is held on a credit card in the main driver's name. Our guide to the documents you need to rent a car in Marbella goes through each requirement.
The deposit is €4,000 or €5,000 on the cars where it is fixed; for the cars based in Puerto Banús the amount is stated in your booking confirmation. Fuel is full to full, the minimum rental is one day and there is no hourly hire. To book or ask about a particular car, write to us from the contact page and we will reply the same day.
